Sacred Cacao Recipe

Cacao recipe for during pregnancy and post-partum:

 

Ingredients:

- Water

- Raw Cacao Powder

- Molasses

 

For this specific recipe, I prefer molasses over honey because of its high iron content. However, you may add the sweetener of your choice as approved by your primary doctor.

Instructions:

- Add water to a pot and bring it to a boil.

- Add one tablespoon of raw cacao to the boiling water for each cup that will be consumed. 

- Mix well.

- Add molasses to taste.

- Set your intention of healing and wellbeing as you sip on your cacao.
